Where do I start?! This law firm is top tier!! Whatever area of help you may be seeking look no further than the Law Offices of Bryan Yaldou. It doesn’t get any better than this!! They have a phenomenal team who are great at their jobs! Bryan is AMAZING and always makes you feel heard… He is honest and upfront and explains things in layman terms and he responds to your calls and emails!! But one member of the team that I worked closely with, Ms. Leanna S. is one of THEE most knowledgeable, professional, caring and hard working Paralegals I have ever met!! I called Bryan's office and he answered the phone and because my employment case is unique he gave me a contact name and number of a person who would be able to handle my type of case. He was super friendly, full of knowledge, and willing to listen to me when I was just venting . His willingness to provide me not only with somebody else's contact information and willingness to listen to me even though he knew he wouldn't be able to take my case, says a lot about him as a person and I'm sure as a fair and caring lawyer . The fact that I told him I was a notary in the downriver area on the side and he said he has clients that need a notary after hours and weekends, and woud let his clients know about me in the future. This just shows that's there are some lawyers out there that care and can help out without even realizing it, so thank you Bryan!

I went to Bryan during the one of the toughest times in my life. I was deeply in debt, scared to lose my home and being hounded by creditors. Bryan took the time to answer my questions, determine the best course of action and 7 months later I feel like a weight has been lifted. I highly recommend Bryan, he answers questions any time you call and doesn't penny pinch or scam by counting those calls toward fees. Bryan also does a free consultation that he answers a lot of questions and puts your fears to rest. Bryan thank you for everything. To the rest reading this, Bryan is a top notch attorney, friendly, knowledgeable and well worth your time.

I do not reccomend Brian yaldou "at all" this man was very much wanting a medical malpractice of mine and then asked me if I minded somebody helping with it and it will all come out to the same regardless of his helper, it would still only be 1/3 that I pay out. Long and behold his "so called helper" Morgan & Meyers attorney ending up messing up the case with their attorneys and this case got almost 3 years in and theyall started scrambling because the person that's Brian's helper decided to run and get a job in the defense side of my case so yes Mr. Brian Yaldou takes on cases that he is so not comfortable to do and does not have the knowledge to do it but wants to sign a retainer with people like he does. DO NO TRUST THiS MAN as far as thinking he has the knowledge for whY it takes and if he says he does, why would he need these so called "helpers" I would never ever reccomend Brian yaldou to ANYBODY!!!!!!!!

We had a very long and difficult case. Ted was our initial lawyer and then Bryan took over after Ted left. Bryan was extremely helpful and patient. I know our case took up a lot of time and lasted longer than it probably should have. Bryan was always available to answer any questions. He was very professional and the price was very reasonable. I must add that Drew was amazing as well!

I highly recommend Bryan Yaldou and associates to help with your bankruptcy. I was out of work and on disability at the time that I filed for my bankruptcy...I filed it myself. I had garnishments that were taking 25% of my weekly paychecks. I couldn't afford to pay my bills, the garnishments, or hire an attorney. The trustee was wanting to garnish my paychecks to pay a large sum of money to a couple of the creditors. The whole reason for filing in the first place, was to stop the garnishments. When you live paycheck to paycheck, you can't afford anything more. Bryan and his associates saved me from losing everything. They lifted a huge weight off of my shoulders...I feel like I can finally breathe again. I'm so thankful and grateful for everything they have done on my behalf.

Bryan, Ted, Elaina and Drew are your go-to crew for personal bankruptcy and other legal matters. I just recently was discharged on a personal Chapter 7 bankruptcy thanks to their hard work and diligence.
Bankruptcy is never a pleasant matter, but after exhausting all other avenues to attempt to save your home and financial situation, it is a relief to know that there are caring, compassionate, knowledgeable lawyers that look out for your best interests. They informed me and my wife of the process throughout our case and were available to answer any questions I might have concerning my bankruptcy.
Thanks to them I no longer have 2 mortgages and 3 credit card bills hanging over my head and can get a "fresh start". The whole process took only four months, from the initial consultations with Bryan and Ted, to the filing shortly afterwards, then the meeting with the trustee a little over a month later, and two months later I received an order of discharge of debts from the bankruptcy court.
Fair prices, excellent service, top notch legal assistance!!! If I ever have any legal issues in the future (hopefully not), I certainly know who's services I will retain.
